Is Discover Group legit?
Yes. Discover Group of Travel Services Inc. is a Quezon City travel agency that has organized group tours for Filipino travelers since 2008. A Europe tour is a big payment, so here is how to check us for yourself before you book.
Visit our office
We are at the 22nd Floor, The Upper Class Tower, Quezon Avenue corner Scout Reyes, Quezon City, Metro Manila. You can visit us Monday to Friday, 10am–7pm. You can also pay at the office in cash, by check or by card. Open in Google Maps.

How we take payments
We accept payment only into corporate accounts under the name Discover Group of Travel Services Incorporated, or at our office. We never collect payment through staff, personal bank accounts, GCash or other e-wallets, and we never send QR codes for payment. Before you pay, verify the account with your Account Relations Manager in your group chat.
Watch out for fake accounts
Scammers sometimes use our name, our photos, or numbers that look like ours. If a call, message or email does not come from the channels above, do not pay, click links or send personal information. Send a screenshot to your Account Relations Manager or our Facebook page so we can check it.
Our refund policy is in writing
If we processed your visa and it is denied more than 90 days before departure, your tour package is fully refundable; the visa processing fee is not. If you cancel more than 90 days before departure, the cancellation fee is PHP 30,000 per person.
